Each additional: $20
Mobile Notary within St Thomas and the KW (house calls, travel fee): $70-$150
Notary & Commissioner of Oaths
Some documents require you to take an oath or affirm the contents. You’ll need to affix your signature to the document in the presence of such Commissioner. Come with an unsigned version of the your legal document and a government issued ID for verification.
Affidavits/Statutory Declarations,
Letter of Invitation, Consent to travel,
Witnessing of signatures/Certified true copy of any documents, including professional applications, Passport applications, etc.

We are licensed by the Law Society of Ontario as a qualified lawyer and our seal as well as signatures are registered with Official Documents Services Canada. Our notarizations are eligible for the Legalization and Authentication Process and reqirements needed to hold up in Ontario and outside of Canada.
